What you keep
Drop a board screenshot or type numbers. Cut only on linehaul (default 24.7%). No booking.
Or use Choose photo. One load fills origin, destination, rate, and miles. A full board lists every lane. Paste works too.
Reading runs in this browser with Tesseract. No Truckstop login. No booking.

Cut & trip costs
The rate is the whole amount the load pays. Fuel and tarp come out of it first. The cut is only on what is left, then fuel and tarp are added back. Example: rate 2000, FSC $1.00/mi × 521 mi = $521, tarp 0 → cut hits $1479, cut $365.31, keep $1634.69. The load does not pay $2521.
Total miles (loaded + deadhead): —
Trip cost is fuel burned plus that per-mile number, on loaded miles and deadhead. Fuel = miles ÷ MPG × diesel. If diesel is blank and fuel stops loaded, the average street price on the route is used. MPG starts at 6.5 until you change it. The tires/oil/insurance box stays blank until you set it — nothing is guessed.

Fuel Savings Log
Savings = (rack − price paid) × gallons. Photos stay in this browser only.
LESS-IFTA price: Log what you actually pay at the pump (the LESS-IFTA / after-IFTA price), not the EFS pin price. Logging the pin only captures the card discount and misses the IFTA portion — roughly half the real savings.

Break-even & fuel cost / mile
Monthly fixed costs ÷ average miles = break-even $/mi. Compared to this load's all-miles keep rate. Fuel cost / mile = total fuel spend in Fuel Savings Log (price paid × gallons) ÷ this load's total miles (loaded + deadhead).
Add fill-ups in Fuel Savings Log and enter loaded/deadhead miles above.
Detention Tracker
Hours on site minus free time × hourly rate. Running monthly total stays in this browser only.

Maintenance Log
Date, mileage, item, cost. Cost per mile uses max − min mileage once you have two mileage points.
Route
With a key: truck routing like Load Desk. Without: public OSRM + Nominatim, labeled highway miles (not a truck route). Key is never hardcoded.

Load log
Worth taking, Thin, and Pass match the big box. Taken is only the loads you actually haul. Saved in this browser only.
Paste these once so Tracker can read kick-out notes. They stay in this browser and are not put on the public site.

Same features as the computer file. The rate is the whole pay. Fuel and extras come out before the cut, then go back in.
